• 12 Oct 2026Proof of Magic #5: Block 9▶ Film 0:59Satoshi sent Hal Finney 10 bitcoins in the first Bitcoin transaction. Every satoshi in them has a number, and 1,113 inscribed wizards sit in the first of those 10 bitcoins, on sats mined in block 9, January 2009.

• 26 Oct 2026Proof of Magic #7: Block 1,018▶ Film 0:45Block 1,018 was mined on 19 January 2009, when Bitcoin was 16 days old, and paid its 50 BTC reward to one key. In June 2023 that key signed “I am mavensbot, creator of the Bitcoin Wizard.”, and the signature is valid. In 2011 those 50 BTC moved with 34 other 2009 block rewards: 1,750 BTC in one transaction.
